The close-knit family is the heart and soul of this establishment, which aims to share its know-how. In addition to the great classics of Chinese gastronomy (Peking duck, minced chicken sautéed with vegetables and cashew nuts) the menu also offers more rare and unusual dishes (shark fin soup, crab claws coated with langoustines) but also original and tasty dishes with Western accents (frog legs flavored with garlic, marinated salmon salad).
